1. Data Controller Welink-tech SAS, located at 6 Rue des Bateliers, 92110 Clichy, France, is the data controller for personal information gathered during subscription. Collected data (name, email, payment card details, KYC documents) is processed exclusively for contract execution, proxy provisioning, technical support, and billing.

2. Legal Connection Log Retention (LCEN) Under French law (Article 6 of Law No. 2004-575 for Confidence in the Digital Economy - LCEN), Proxym is legally required to store traffic logs for one (1) year. Connection logs strictly and exclusively store: the Client's source IP address, target destination IP, destination port, and precise timestamp. This data is retained only to comply with judicial search warrants issued by police or court authorities in France.

3. Zero-Log Traffic Payload Policy Proxym applies a strict "Zero-Log" policy regarding the content of data passing through the HTTP/SOCKS5 tunnels. We do not inspect, intercept, store, or analyze request headers, request bodies (payloads), or target websites content. Traffic data is never sold, leased, or shared with third parties for commercial or tracking purposes.

4. GDPR Rights Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Client has the right to access, rectify, request transfer, restrict processing, or delete their personal data. These rights can be exercised at any time by emailing privacy@proxym.io. A response will be provided within thirty (30) days.
