Terms of Sale

1. Purpose and Acceptance of Terms These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) govern the contractual relationship between Welink-tech SAS (hereinafter "Proxym") and any professional client (hereinafter "the Client") subscribing to our dedicated mobile proxy services. Subscribing to our services implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&C and our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

2. Service Description and Provision Proxym provides the Client with exclusive access to one or more 5G/4G mobile proxy ports, physically routed through an industrial cellular router (Teltonika brand) equipped with a dedicated cellular SIM card hosted in mainland France. The Client is assigned a Carrier-Grade NAT (CGNAT) residential/mobile IP address from the cellular network carrier. The Client may trigger a physical IP rotation via the Proxym API or client dashboard, forcing a network disconnect and reconnect of the router cellular modem to obtain a new public IP from the carrier.

3. Fair Use Policy (Data Limits) Each rented port is strictly dedicated to a single Client. Sub-leasing or reselling proxy access to third parties without prior written consent from Proxym is forbidden. To ensure stable mobile tower connections and avoid hardware overheating or operator network restrictions, each port includes a 200 GB monthly Fair Use data allowance. Beyond this 200 GB limit per billing cycle, Proxym reserves the right to throttle port speeds to 1 Mbps or temporarily suspend the proxy tunnel until the subscription renewal.

4. Pricing, Billing, and Cancellation Pricing is presented in Euros excluding VAT (€ HT) and is billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe secure payment. The subscription is non-binding and automatically renews monthly. Clients can cancel their plan at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds, partial refunds, or credit notes will be provided for unused periods once access has been activated.

5. Warranties, SLA, and Limitation of Liability Proxym commits to a monthly uptime rate of 99.8% on its routing infrastructure and control servers. The Client acknowledges that connection speed, latency, and signal stability depend on the cellular coverage of the third-party carrier, local weather, and mobile cell tower load. Proxym cannot be held liable for outages, cellular carrier latency, IP blacklisting, or connection drops during cellular IP rotations. In any case, Proxym's liability is strictly limited to the total fees paid by the Client during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Placing an order implies the professional client's full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
